THE BEGINNING...
In the late 80's my conversations were often focused on well being or spirituality of some sort or another.I was often told I'd make a great therapist or body-worker. So, it's no surprise that 28 years ago, while living in Santa Cruz, I left the corporate realm and went to massage school, supplementing my practice by working for non-profits as I built a clientele.

As I began to work with people I felt like I was "home" - I had found the thing I could do all day, every day, and even do for no pay if my living expenses were non-existent. I am happy to report that I quickly grew a client base via word-of-mouth which has supported my inner and outer life for all these years, and to this day - now through spiritual counseling.

BECOMING MORE...
When I moved to San Jose in 2005 I began considering ministry in a New Thought philosophy and after 12 years became an ordained minister with the Centers for Spiritual Living. The philosophy of the Science of Mind (very different from, and NOT the Church of Scientology) informed and up-leveled my practice. Through it's teachings, coupled with a finely honed empathy, I am inspired to help reveal areas where diminished awareness of personal accountability and beliefs create pain and suffering - first in our minds and eventually in our bodies.

WHY BOOK A SESSION WITH ME
The empathy I am gifted with is born of a life-long habit of deep exploration into my own inner foibles and triumphs. My training as a minister and as a spiritual counselor in a philosophy that commands transformation through compassion, accountability and self discovery, provide an environment of gentle exploration. This leads to a natural release of that which doesn't serve your authentic self. An expansion into your best life, your best next yet to be, is the outcome. A deeper connection to your true self, and therefore the world around you, is one of the most sustaining benefits from working with me.

It makes me smile when I think of all these years of practice and not one session has been the same - even with people I've seen for 10 or more years. We are new every day!
